As a responsible enterprise, Panasonic Energy India is committed to continually improve practices and prevent any environmental impacts arising from its activities. We conduct ‘Eco-relay’ programmes, wherein we frequently organize plantation activities in the company premises as well as surrounding areas. We also involve ourselves in creating mass awareness and educating our employees and communities at large.

At Panasonic Energy India, we follow the principles of ‘3R’ - Reduce, Reuse and to Recycle waste and conserve energy. We are Zero water discharge Company. After its use, water is treated in a Sewage treatment plant and the recycled water is used for gardening purpose. 

To reiterate our commitment towards environment, Panasonic Energy India revamped its complete battery range to 100% eco-friendly batteries that do not contain hazardous chemicals.

We understand our responsibility towards environment and society and take initiatives to provide a safer environment to the future generations. Our commitment towards environment is reflected in our achievement of three successive Clean Factory awards that we have received in 2007, ’08 and ’09.
